I ship in the U.S and also outside the U.S. by USPS
I insure each piece. In the case of a piece getting broken I will replace or refund.
Insurance will pay to replace the piece, however, they do not insure shipping so you will have to pay that.
I will send you an invoice through your email that you can pay by Credit Card or Paypal. Your choice.
If you are picking up locally you can pay when you pick up by check, credit card or cash.

If you would like to pay out on pottery, please contact me and we will work it out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: (Does not apply to custom orders)
Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted within one week (7 days) of date of purchase, or in case of shipping, date of receipt of art work. Shipped pieces for exchange or refund must be packed in it's original packaging materials and sent back pre-paid shipping to the mailing address on the shipping label.
Once work is received in good condition, you will be refunded or exchange will be shipped.
